Cambodian Volunteers for Community Development (CVCD) envisions our
country in the year 2025 where the hopelessness of its poorest citizens
has become a moral strength in united communities.
Cambodian people will embrace volunteerism, trust, compassion, solidarity
and respect. All Cambodians will have the literacy and skills to find
employment, better living conditions and a healthy living environment.
