I found my summer at DDD a wonderful personal and professional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick to share their hearts and histories, and helped me to understand the richness and complexity of the Cambodian experience. Even now, in America, I think a little bit differently about my family, something that the "DDD family" taught me.

Professionally, I haven't really had a job since that I thought was more relevant, important, or engaging. DDD has mastered the dual business and social mission. Working there gave me a hands-on experience in how to do international development right - start with an unshakable mission, think big, but make a real product for real customers, and you will be around to make a lasting, sustainable impact.
