It also shared its proprietary software with DDD and performs quality

, consults DDD on various issues regarding economic development
including rural expansion, management training and promoting DDD's
services to their business association. SME has also helped identify
several donors in Cambodia that have contributed to DDD's overall

The Kearny Alliance (http://www.kearnyalliance.org), a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) foundation based in Scottsdale, Arizona, partners with other international organizations to further its mission of ‘Aid Through Trade’, to advance international development and poverty alleviation through trade-related business education, training and applied research. |

DAC (Disability Action Council),
www.dac.org.kh , assists DDD
in locating disabled individuals for potential employment. They
are also helping to promote DDD's service to relevant government
departments. |

NCDP (National Cambodian Disabled
Peoples), www.bac.org.kh. DDD
sits on NCDP’s Business Advisory Council which advocates the
hiring of disabled individuals throughout Cambodia. The NCDP is
helping promote DDD to businesses and donors, and has been helped
us identify and hire numerous disabled people. The NCDP also maintains
a database with information regarding the number of disabled people
who have been trained by other institutes and worked with other
organizations |

Institute Training:

| New Life Foundation, trains disadvantaged
people in English and Computer skills and then helps find them employment.
NLF was one of DDD’s earliest partners and has provided bothequipment
and staff. |

Wat Than Training Center for the Disabled, www.shared-interest.com/cust/wat
, is DDD's primary training partner. DDD has hired more than 40
Wat Than graduates as their trainee's have excellent knowledge and
skills. The Wat Tann program trains disabled people in English,
Computer Knowledge, interpersonal communication and other relevant
skills. |

CVCD (Cambodian Volunteers for Community Development),
is the first local NGO and works with DDD to develop training curriculum
for disadvantaged individuals which is used to train DDD employees. |

CWCC (Cambodian Women's Crisis Center), coordinates
the employment and training of battered and trafficked women. They
have helped train and employ numerous abused women at DDD. |
