When digitizing your survey, we first create a customized software-based data entry form similar to the screen shown below. 

When our operators key individual survey responses into this form, we use several processes to ensure the highest degree of accuracy.  Before data entry commences, both management and the team leader are fully familiarized with the survey.  Answers are coded where possible, and coded explanations are shown on screen.  All forms are coded for batch/tracking control, and entry is restricted to the available options.  Key questions must be answered in the data entry process, with invalid forms and answers logged by our operators.  Key data is validated through double entry.
