For each forms processing job, we work with the customer to create a process that insures high quality - we often use double-keying with an interface customized to the forms processing job, which delivers greater than 99.5% accuracy. After that, we design a rigorous quality control process that can include spell checking for common names, zip code matching and a variety of other error-screens, to boost the accuracy as close to 100% as possible.
