Michael Chertok – Chairman of the Board. A consultant on philanthropy and international
development to private foundations and individual donors, Michael is the
co-founder of and previous Managing Director of Global Catalyst Foundation.
Prior to this, he helped start the non-profit organization Schools Online to
bring Internet access and training to more than 5,000 schools around the world.
Michael is also the founder of svi2, the Silicon Valley Forum on International
Development and Information Technology. He has a BA in Russian Studies from
Yale University and an MBA and a Certificate in Public Management from Stanford
Graduate School of Business.

Howard Neff – Howard, now retired, spent most of his career at Applied Materials, where he served as Group Vice President of Global Product Operations. Applied develops, manufactures, markets and services integrated circuit fabrication equipment for the worldwide semiconductor industry. Howard played a significant role in growing Applied's international operations in Asia, enabling the company to become an industry leader with $5 billion in revenue. Previously, he worked with Johnson & Johnson and Consolidated Aluminum. He has an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Seton Hall.

Dorothy Berry – Dorothy is Vice President, Human Resources and Administration, for the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. Previously, she was Vice President, Human Resources, for the World Bank, where she led the the most significant change in personnel policies in the Bank's history. Immediately before joining the World Bank Group, she was Deputy Assistant Secretary for Management at the U.S. Department of Education, where she was responsible for a broad range of management functions. Ms. Berry holds a Bachelors degree from Cornell University and a Master's degree in public administration from New York University.
- Dianne Fuller Doherty - Dianne is the Regional Director of the Western Massachusetts Regional Office of the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Network (MSBDC). Dianne served as President and CEO of Doherty-Tzoumas Marketing, a full service advertising and public relations firm based in Springfield from 1985-1991. Prior to that she was Executive Director of Downtown Springfield Marketing, an organization whose mission was to promote downtown Springfield. She was previously employed as New Business Director at a Hartford Connecticut advertising agency. Active in civic affairs in the Greater Springfield area, she is a founder of the Women's Fund of Western Massachusetts, an endowment to support women and girls, based on the values of the International Women's Conference in Beijing. She is a trustee of Bay Path College and is a member of the Development Committee of the Community Foundation of Western Mass. Dianne is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and received her MBA from Western New England College.

Phnom Penh Based Advisors
- Ely Bacolod – Ely has 20 years of experience working in developing countries such as East Africa, West Africa, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia. He acted as the ICT coordinator for USAID in Guinea where he was involved in planning and implementing projects to promote sustainable development and democratic governance. He also worked in Kazakhstan advising PepsiCo and Philips Electronics on market entry strategies. He currently lives in Phnom Penh where he voluntarily advises DDD.
- Bill Herrod – Bill is a US citizen who has lived in Cambodia for 10 years and is responsible for bringing the Internet to Cambodia by securing a Canadian grant to establish the first ISP. He is currently the director of the NGO Forum, which is a coordinating body of Cambodian non-profit organizations.
- Nina You – Nina was born in Cambodia but spent most of her life in the US before returning to Cambodia a few years ago to participate in the country's re-birth. She has experience working with NGOs and businesses involved with economic development
Asia / Australia Based Advisors
- Koji Osawa – With more than fifteen years experience in managing and investing in high tech companies, Koji is currently the Managing Principal & co-founder of Global Catalyst Partners. He also serves as the Chairman of Schools Online Japan and a director of the Global Catalyst Foundation. He holds a BS in Electronics from Keio University in Japan.
- Scott Keller – A co-founder of Digital Divide Data and Follow Your Dream Cambodia, Scott Keller is an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company where he advises the top executives of Australia's leading businesses on corporate strategy. Formerly a heavy metal guitarist, he has traveled extensively throughout the world.
- Bill Fisher – Bill is currently the CEO of Englishtown.com, an online English school with over a million members throughout the world.
North America Based Advisors
- Timothy Keller – Tim spent two years onsite as founding President managing the operational start-up in Phnom Pehn. Prior to that, he worked as an analyst for Credit Suisse First Boston's Investment Banking Division, as well as Honeywell Russia. He transitioned from his onsite role in order to attend Harvard Business School. Tim is currently a strategy consultant for Katzenbach Partners and serves on the Board of Directors for the International Business Council.
- Vernon Naidoo – Vernon holds an engineering degree from the University of Toronto. He designs and develops client-server and web applications, relational databases and is an experienced "data-miner".
- Shawn Fremeth – Shawn is a Social Worker based in Toronto, Canada with a BA degree from McGill University and Masters degrees in both Social Work and Counseling Psychology from the University of Toronto. He has experience working for the Red Cross in Botswana, Africa and has worked with Crossroads International, a Canadian-based international economic development non-profit.
- David Brown – Senior Sales Executive at Ernst Young Cap Gemini; BSc (Honors) Sociology and Economics; Masters in Education, UK.
- Dan Golberg – As a consultant in McKinsey & Company's Toronto offices, Dan is a general strategy consultant and has done several projects in the international IT services industry.
- Marc Wernick – Marc Wernick is the Principal at Internet Marketing Consulting. The firm marries business and marketing strategies with creative and effective Internet programs that build awareness and generate revenue. Marc has helped DDD with its online marketing and fundraising strategy.
